One Year

On Sunday, March 16th, we will be celebrating our one year Wedding anniversary. We can hardly believe we have been married for a whole year. Now, sure its not too many years in comparison to all the rest of our siblings, but time sure flies by fast. We are happy to say that we are still very in love with each other. We have gone our first year without a real "fight." Sure we have had our disagreements but we seem to work them out with all appendages intact. When we were engaged, both of us were told by many people how the transition from being single, to being married would be so hard. In all reality it is the easiest transition in the world!! Who cares if they leave their wet towel on the bed, at least we have eachother. No more silly dating chasing games, no more heart break. Everyday we both realize what a blessing it is to have each other for eternity. Looking back a year ago, we never would have pictured ourselves celebrating our one year anniversary seven months pregnant, but we can't wait for this little boy to arrive! The Lord sure works in mysterious ways. We are so thankful for all that we have, and all the love and support we receive from our family and friends. Here our some pictures to reminisce how beautiful and perfect our wedding day was.

We couldn't have asked for better weather, or better company. We are so thankful for everyone who sacrificed their time and money to come and share such a special day with us!

Lorisa's Internship

I finished my eight month dental assisting program at Provo College and now I am completing my internship hours that are required to graduate. I am working for a dentist in Pleasant Grove. The tables have turned a little, and I am actually working in the front office, and not as an assistant. I am a little sad that I am not getting the opportunity to practice my mad assisting skills, but being pregnant, I think it may be a blessing. Assisting is very stressful and hard on the back. So needless to say, I am counting down the hours until I am done! (It is an non-income internship.) I should be done by April 10th!

Jason's Internship

This summer we will be moving to Los Angeles where Jason has an internship. He will be working for a large contracting firm Matt Construction. We are very excited about the move and the adventure brought from the move. Yes, that means that we will be having the baby in LA, that is one of the most popular questions about the move.

We have found a good property management company who is helping find a place to live so that's pretty much taken care of. Also we called some bishops in the area and they indicated some hospitals in the area that are good so now we just need to find a doctor who will take Lorisa at eight months along.

If you want to check it out here is their website at www.mattconstruction.com.

A New Beginning

Hey everyone, sorry that our blog is empty now. We had a little mix up in our settings and had to start over with the blog. Be patient and we'll get more up.
