Eight Months Old!

Isn't he so handsome! Brogan is growing and learning new things everyday! I have been trying to document his life better....I think I have been doing well so far, but it is really hard for me to capture his real true smile. He has the most contagious smile. I snap about fifty pictures and only one of them is his half smile....O well. Brogan is such a joy in our lives and I feel completly blessed to be able to stay home with my buddy.

This is how we find Brogan every morning and after his naps. He loves standing up!

This past month Brogan has started to crawl all over, stand himself up on everything, and now he is walking around all the furntiture. I can't belive I have a mobile little boy! He is so much fun. Happy Friday everyone!

What has Lorisa Been Up To Lately?

She has been "Sewing, Daily Sewing"...blah blah blah I can't remember the words!

This is my Christmas present from my very sweet husband! Back in the day I used to sew during the summer for 4-H, but turns out my 4-H leader helped out alot more than I used to own up to. I decided to start with what I thought would be an easy project, but I still had alot of anxiety while sewing it.

I did though! I finally have curtains for our house....(Just don't look at the seams to closly.)

You may be wondering what Brogan does while I am sewing...Let me show you

Taking off the speaker cover and sucking on it. That can't be good for it.....
Pulling off all the DVD's, one by one, making sure to suck and chew on each one. Yummy!
I am so excited to be able to have projects that I can work on now. (Hopefully I will get better and more confident....one step at a timem, right.) Thanks Jason for the sewing machine. I love you!

As you can see Brogan has been very busy this past month. I love the little stages that Brogan is going through now! He is so much fun!

Christmas Up-date

After moving and working hard the week before Christmas, we were very excited to be on the road to Idaho on Christmas Eve, to enjoy Christmas break with our families.

On Christmas Eve we did the traditional live nativity. My niece Shaylee (acting as Mary) was so excited to hold Baby Jesus (Brogan).











Jason and I were so excited to have our first Christmas with Brogan. I was so excited for him to open his presents...but where was Brogan?
Sleeping! He slept in so long on Christmas morning. I could hardly stand it!















I am so sad, I really didn't get any other Christmas pictures....Agg I really need to work on taking more pictures.

After Christmas we went to Twin Falls to be with Jason's family.
Jason's sister Janae, was married on the 27th, and had a reception that night. Janae looked gorgeous and the reception was beautiful.
































Brogan and his three boy cousins! It was so much fun to finally see all the boys together!











We had such a great time in Idaho with both our families. Now we are back to a new semester of school, working hard at the apartment complex and all the mundane house chores! Life is good!
